Our policy lasts 30 days from shipment date. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for exchange or partial refund.
We only grant exchanges or partial refunds for outsourced items (e.g. electronic components).
We do not grant exchanges or partial refunds for resin castings or painted commissions.
Why? Due to the handcrafted nature of our traditional mold and cast process, variation in form and color are not uncommon during creation, shipment, and storage of final work. We consider each cast and/or painted competent to be a unique artwork, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.
